Bots, scraping tools, automated systems, or malicious actors may still access websites protected by BlockABot despite the presence of the service.
BlockABot is intended to assist with mitigation and monitoring but does not guarantee that all automated activity, attacks, or scraping behavior will be detected or blocked.
BlockABot is provided on a best-effort basis. While we strive to maintain reliable service, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Maintenance, infrastructure issues, software updates, internet outages, or other technical factors may occasionally cause interruptions in service.
Benson IT Solutions Inc. shall not be responsible for any damages, losses, or impacts resulting from service interruptions or downtime.
The BlockABot service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

This includes but is not limited to damages resulting from website attacks, data scraping, automated traffic, service outages, security incidents, data loss, loss of business, or loss of revenue.
In all cases, the total liability of Benson IT Solutions Inc. related to the service shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for the service during the preceding twelve (12) months.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such cases, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Users remain responsible for the configuration, operation, and security of their own websites, servers, and systems.
BlockABot should be used as one component of a broader security strategy and not as the sole method of protection.

All software, detection algorithms, fingerprinting techniques, systems, and technologies used by BlockABot remain the intellectual property of Benson IT Solutions Inc.
